Garrett worked closely with us to build out a restaurant space, including excavating the basement a further five feet, and underpinning the foundations. He needed to work closely with the contractors for the very particular needs of a restaurant and city restaurant codes, including walk-in coolers, a hood/ventilation system and unusual plumbing connections. He was vigilant about keeping contractors to schedule, and working with city offices for inspections and permits in a timely manor. His communication was very good and professional, and he had a very good, respectful relationship with the workers on the job. We would hire him again without hesitation.
